Introduction to the User Agreement

This agreement operates automatically and applies to all individuals without exception, for every purchase of Tokens, regardless of the location and time of the transaction. It also extends to all Token holders, including traders and those who have placed Tokens in staking.

We strongly advise you to thoroughly review this agreement before engaging in the purchase of Tokens. Your consent to these terms signifies your readiness to fully abide by them.

1. Introduction We are NeuroSearch.ai, the operator of the NeuroSearch website, and the creator of the Telegram bot @NeuroSearch_bot. Below are the terms that regulate the purchase of Tokens through our Telegram bot or website. By using our services to purchase Tokens, you automatically agree to this user agreement.

2. Agreement to Terms By using the Telegram bot or website for purchasing Tokens, you automatically confirm your full agreement to the terms of this user agreement.

3. Staking of Tokens during Presale

During the Presale phase, you have the opportunity to acquire Neuro Tokens at a price of $0.02 per Neuro on the app.neurosearch.ai website. However, there is a limitation on the withdrawal of Tokens for a period of 9 months. By staking Tokens during this period, you gain the right to receive a 175% profit over the specified duration. By opting for staking, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the withdrawal limitation.

3.1 Exchange + Staking You can exchange BUSD, USDT, BNB, and other cryptocurrencies listed on app.neurosearch.ai for Neuro Tokens. By placing your Neuro Tokens in staking for 9 months, you will automatically receive a 175% profit in Neuro. Please note that access to the principal sum of Neuro Tokens and the profit will be available after 9 months from the commencement of staking.

3.2 Neuro Staking You can place your Neuro Tokens in staking, selecting NEURO instead of BUSD in the list. By doing so, and staking your Neuro Tokens for 9 months, you will also automatically receive a 175% profit. Tokens will be available for withdrawal after 9 months from the commencement of staking.

4. Token Price and Risks You are obliged to realize that the price of any token, including Neuro Tokens, is subject to unpredictable fluctuations due to a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the current Bitcoin price, changes in general market sentiment, statements from regulatory authorities regarding securities, and positive/negative media coverage. The cryptocurrency market can experience rapid ups and downs in the short term.

Please note that the initial price of Neuro Tokens at the beginning of trading will be $0.45 per Token. However, the subsequent behavior of the coin in the market depends on multiple factors, and it will take time for the price to stabilize. For this reason, we strongly recommend refraining from selling Neuro Tokens in the first few weeks to allow for the stabilization of the price and a more thorough analysis.
